This form applies only to exhibitors who made payment for an upcoming event and would like to transfer their payment from that event to another market.

Merchant Reimbursement Form

This form is used to reimburse merchants their earnings made via the South Market LINX machine. Earnings are the total sales minus any applicable deductions.

  • Reimbursements from the LINX Machine are made within 5-10 days (via online banking) upon submission of this completed form.
  • Please ensure all information is accurate when filling out the form.
